 【骏荣学校】心理健康,快乐成长——我校开展525心理健康月活动

“5.25”谐音为“我爱我”,每年的5月25日为“心理健康日”,旨在提醒大、中小学生“珍惜生命,关爱自己”,此节日的核心内容是:关爱自我,了解自我,接纳自己,关注自己的心理健康和心灵成长,提高自身心理素质,进而爱别人,爱社会。

为进一步普及心理健康知识,丰富同学们的课余生活,缓解同学们的学习压力,在心理健康日到来之际,我校开展了一系列心理健康活动。

"5.25" is homophonic for "I love myself" in mandarin. May 25th is "Mental Health Day", which aims to remind college, primary and secondary school students to "cherish life and care for you." The core content of this day is: caring for yourself , understand yourself, accept yourself, pay attention to your own mental health and spiritual growth, improve your own psychological quality, and then love others and society.

 In order to further popularize mental health knowledge, enrich students' extracurricular life, and relieve students' study pressure, our school launched a series of mental health activities on the occasion of Mental Health Day.


活动一:举办心理健康主题讲座,疏导学生的学习压力。

Activity 1: Carry out Lectures on mental health topics to relieve students’ study pressure.



活动二:开展“心理健康,快乐成长”黑板报评比活动

Activity 2: Carry out the "Mental Health and Happy Growth" blackboard display competition.



活动三:开展情绪管理主题班会活动,引导同学们学会调节情绪,培养良好的心理健康素质。

Activity 3: Carry out Emotion Management Theme Class to guide students to learn to regulate their emotions and cultivate good mental health qualities.



活动四:举办团体辅导游戏活动,增强学生的人际交往和团结协作能力。

Activity 4: Organize group tutoring game to enhance students’ interpersonal communication and solidarity and cooperation abilities.

活动五:举办心理健康手抄报比赛,鼓励学生通过多种途径学习心理健康知识。

Activity 5: Organize the mental health manuscript competition to encourage students to learn mental health knowledge through various channels.

活动六:举办“时光信箱,给自己的一封信”活动,根据心理学中叙事心理的理论,通过个人叙述的体验,重构过去、感知现在、期盼将来,以唤起内在的改变,从而达到自愈。

Activity 6: Organize the "Time Mailbox, A Letter to Oneself". Based on the theory of narrative psychology, through the experience of personal narrative, we reconstruct the past, perceive the present, and look forward to the future, so as to arouse inner changes, thereby achieve self-healing.

本次525心理健康活动月的成功举办,向全校师生有效宣传了心理健康知识,丰富了学生的课余生活,缓解了学生的学习压力,进一步促进了我校心理健康教育工作的发展。今后我校将继续从“心”出发,守护师生心灵成长,为师生的身心健康发展助力!

The successful holding of this 5.25 Mental Health Activity Month effectively promoted mental health knowledge to all teachers and students in the school, enriched students' after-school life, alleviated students' study pressure, and further promoted the development of mental health education.  In the future, we will continue to start from the "heart", protect the spiritual growth of teachers and students, and support their healthy physical and mental development!
